Kababayan LA18 Interview with Janelle So on Propostion 8

This is the interview I had on Kababayan LA18 which is a Filipino TV program with 3.1 million viewers. Really the issue in Proposition 8 is not really equality although this is the surface cover. What I observe is that it is an attack on the family and what better to do this then through the k12 educational system with full on "indoctrination" of children.

As far as young children learning about gay marriages and/or traditional marriage, I believe this should be left to the parents or guardian with a home. What to school were only the place to learn to read, write, and arithmetic?

It is very obvious what the brightest of the gay community (i.e. gay & lesbian attorneys)is attempting to do...teach kids about same-sex relationship are as equal to and possibly more desirable than relationship between a man and a woman.

What equality door will be opened if NO on Prop. 8 Fails? Marriage between step-brothers, sisters, father/son, mother/daughter, mother/son, what?
