Televangelist Robertson Backs Giuliani by their fruits ye shall know them

Pat Robertson support for Giuliani - this is beyond understanding. Here is a man that supposedly support a Christian walk of life, yet he supports Giuliani for President. Tell me if this make sense. According to the AP writer, this is what Senator Brownback in Dubuque, Iowa, said: "Every once in a while, I'm left speechless. This is one of those times."

How does a man who professes to be a man of God and has a huge following of Christians support a man such a Rudy Giuliani? By their fruits ye shall know them. The fruits of Rudy Giuliani is for abortion, for illegal immigration, for gay rights. These appear to me oppose to Robertson's core being yet he supports those actions. He doesn't support Romney or Huckabee who not only profess but their fruits have demonstrated an opposition to any legislation that supports abortion, amnesty, and marriage between same gender.

Now, for one moment, take away Romney's faith as a Latter-day Saint (aka: Mormon), let's presume he was a traditional Christian, I think Robertson would undoubtedly consider Romney for support. In the final analysis, Robertson will have to stand up face-to-face on the judgement bar of Christ and state to the Lord, "Did I not profess in thy name? Did I not do the works in thy name?" The Lord would only have to respond, "Explain your support for Giuliani?"

Mitt Romney has the experience from the 2002 Winter Olympics, Governor of Massachusetts, and private equity success helping the likes of companies such as Domino's Pizza, Sport Authority, Staples and others. He has brought change, positive change in all venues.

Now you look at his life, faith, and character: Mitt Romney has been married to one wife for 38 years, has 5 sons with their wives who support him. His life has been that which exemplify faith, love, and service to his fellow being.

Now you look at his life, faith, and character: Rudy Giuliani has been married 3 times, has children that does not support his candidacy, and has only run New York City and was DA General. His life although successful, was not very successful in his personal life. No amount of success can account for failure in the home.

My views are if a man cannot manage his own personal life and home; how is he going to manage the White House with many holes for his enemy to attack? He will be in favor of abortion, he will be in favor of Amnesty, he will be in favor of same gender marriage.

In the end, his true colors will be as left as can be for a conservative voter. Yes, I recognize that I do not know his heart and he could be a truly great person inside out. But, I have to revert back to "by their fruits ye should know them.' How does a person like Pat Robertson, just throw his core values by the way side and support a person such as Rudy Giuliani?

Once again in the words of Senator Brownback in Dubuque, Iowa, said: "Every once in a while, I'm left speechless. This is one of those times."
