First Time Skeet Shooting

Here on the 1st day of 2008, I went skeet shooing for the first time ever. I did pretty well where I shot 5 of the 6 clay targets from the air. I hope to get better with the use of my firearms to protect my family from any intruders that may enter my home without permission. If they come to my home at an odd hour and intend to create harm; it is my hope I can deter the intruder in some way so as to protect my family and save the life of the intruder who should not be trespassing.

Any how, my goal is to become very proficient with the use of my 12-gauge pump-action shotgun and the pistols I have purchased. I am a member of the Palm Springs Gun Club. This gun club has a wonderful facility to increase proficiency of my skills in the safety and use of firearms.
